She nods and shakes her head yes and no, she says “love you” and biggest milestone of the week is sitting like a big girl in the tub (no slipping!).
You guys, I just can’t get enough of this. I don’t know if it’s having lost a baby, having atypical kids before, having post partum depression or a combo of all of it, but I feel like I’m discovering all this for the first time. I don’t remember feeling like this ever before. And she is so full of personality I am about to burst.
I never had a baby that loved bath time. They all hated the water at varying degrees. She would be a fish if she could. She splashes on purpose. And then she snuggles in for warm cuddles when it’s all over.
