It has been a week of signs
that labor may in fact be near
or not.
But one thing is sure
And that is
As much as I can’t stand very long
or walk without a wide gait
I’m so enjoying these last few weeks
with just me and babe
however many I have left
before all things new
and I have to share fifi.
So my heart begins preparations
to meet this new soul.
Who has changed me
and healed me.
And woken my whole self.
Forever.

Congrats – you still look fab! I am also 36 weeks so we must be due right around the same time! I have definitely noticed in the last week that even my maternity shirts are getting a teensy weensy bit too short so I have to be much more selective about the clothes I pick out! Good for you for still wearing heels, I’ve been exclusively in flat-land for the last 10 weeks!!
My baby also dropped since last week – confirmed at my 36 week appointment – and having his/her head right in the middle of my pelvis is an interesting feeling, is it not?!
Love your style. I would’ve died wearing heals at 36 weeks!
